During a trip to the Mediterranean four years ago, Dennis discovered inspiration in the massive mosaics of the monastery at Monreale in Sicily, Italy, and in the magical creations of Antonio Gaudi in Barcelona, Spain. Dennis began work in ceramic tile and any found objects that could contribute to an interesting and provocative production. His black and white works are an attempt to capture emotions and intrigue while his more colorful pieces are meant as designs to please the senses.
